Terms of Service

1. About MunchFleet

MunchFleet is a food delivery platform operated by SaloneNest LLC, connecting customers with local restaurants and independent delivery drivers across Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, Guinea 🇬🇳, and Liberia 🇱🇷. MunchFleet acts as a technology intermediary and is not itself a food establishment or employment agency.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your country) to create an account.
• Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle registration under the laws of their country.
• Vendors must hold any business licenses required by local law to operate a food establishment.
• By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (phone number and password) confidential.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• One person may not hold multiple accounts of the same role in the same country.

4. Customer Terms

Ordering — Orders are a contract between you and the restaurant vendor. MunchFleet facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the food supply agreement.

Payment — You authorize us to charge your selected payment method (mobile money or cash on delivery) for the order total including applicable taxes and delivery fees. All prices are in local currency for the selected country.

Taxes — Applicable government taxes are included in the displayed total: 15% GST in Sierra Leone (NRA), 18% TVA in Guinea (DNI), 10% GST in Liberia (LRA). MunchFleet is not responsible for the accuracy of tax calculations for business purchases.

Cancellations & Refunds — Orders may be cancelled before a vendor accepts them. Once accepted, cancellation is at vendor discretion. Refunds for disputed orders are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Driver Terms

• Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of SaloneNest LLC.
• Drivers are solely responsible for their own vehicle insurance, maintenance, and compliance with traffic laws.
• Drivers must maintain a valid police clearance or equivalent background check as required by local law.
• Drivers must provide accurate pickup and delivery photo evidence as required by the platform.
• Fraudulent delivery claims, theft, or harassing customers will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to local authorities.
• Earnings are calculated based on completed deliveries and displayed in the Earnings tab. SaloneNest LLC makes no guarantee of minimum earnings.

6. Vendor Terms

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of menu descriptions, ingredient information, and allergen disclosures.
• Food must comply with applicable food safety regulations in your country.
• Vendors must fulfil accepted orders in a timely manner and maintain reasonable quality standards.
• Vendors must not list items that are illegal, harmful, or otherwise prohibited.
• SaloneNest LLC reserves the right to remove vendor listings that receive persistent negative ratings or violate these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use MunchFleet for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any other user, driver, vendor, or MunchFleet staff
• Submit false orders, fraudulent payment claims, or fake reviews
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates third-party rights

8. Intellectual Property

MunchFleet, its logo, design, code, and all content are the intellectual property of SaloneNest LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

MunchFleet integrates with PawaPay for mobile money processing. Your use of payment services is also subject to PawaPay's terms. SaloneNest LLC is not liable for issues arising from third-party service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SaloneNest LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage arising from food quality issues (vendor responsibility)
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or driver availability
• Payment failures or delays caused by mobile network operators or PawaPay
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our maximum liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaloneNest LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or SaloneNest LLC. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to SaloneNest LLC's principal place of business. Disputes relating to services provided in Sierra Leone, Guinea, or Liberia shall also be subject to the relevant local consumer protection regulations.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice through the app for material changes. Continued use of MunchFleet after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
