Child Safety Policy

1. Platform Overview & Child Safety Context

MunchFleet is a food delivery platform serving Sierra Leone, Guinea, and Liberia. Our platform connects customers, local restaurants, and delivery drivers. While MunchFleet's core function is food delivery, we recognize that any platform involving community interactions and profile photos must maintain strict safeguards for the protection of minors.

2. Age Requirements

• MunchFleet requires all users to be at least 18 years of age to register an account.
• Drivers must be adults with valid driver's licenses under their country's law.
• Vendors must be adults operating a legitimate food business.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
• If we discover a user is under 13, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated personal data within 30 days.

3. Profile Photos

MunchFleet allows users to upload a profile photo for in-session identity verification between customers, vendors, and drivers. Regarding minors:

• Users must only upload photos of themselves — an adult account holder.
• Uploading photos of minors for any purpose is strictly prohibited.
• Profile photos are displayed only to the other party during an active delivery transaction (e.g., a driver sees the customer's face at the door) and are not publicly accessible.
• We do not host, index, or permit any sharing of images depicting minors in any exploitative context.

4. CSAM Zero Tolerance

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited on MunchFleet and across all SaloneNest LLC platforms. We define CSAM as any content, image, video, text, or other material that sexually depicts, exploits, or endangers minors.

• Any CSAM detected on our platform will be immediately removed.
• All reports will be preserved and submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
• We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Sierra Leone, Guinea, Liberia, and the United States in any investigation.
• The account responsible will be permanently banned and relevant information reported to authorities.

5. Content Moderation

• Profile photos submitted to MunchFleet are reviewed and may be flagged using automated systems for policy violations.
• Any user or staff member who encounters suspicious content or conduct involving a minor must report it immediately.
• We respond to all child safety reports within 24 hours.

6. Driver Safety Around Minors

Delivery drivers are vetted through identity verification and are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. Drivers must:

• Never photograph minors during delivery operations
• Never enter a private dwelling without explicit invitation from an adult account holder
• Immediately report any concerning situation involving a minor to MunchFleet and, where appropriate, local authorities

7. Reporting a Concern

If you encounter any content or behaviour on MunchFleet that may endanger a child, please report it immediately.

8. Employee & Contractor Training

All SaloneNest LLC staff and contractors with access to user-generated content receive training on recognizing, handling, and reporting child safety issues. Failure to report known or suspected CSAM is a terminable offence and may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Policy Enforcement

Violations of this Child Safety Policy result in:

• Immediate account suspension pending investigation
• Permanent account termination upon confirmation of violation
• Preservation and submission of evidence to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement
• Full cooperation with prosecutorial authorities
