MunchFleet ("we", "us", "our") is a food delivery service operated by SaloneNest LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the MunchFleet app and related services ("Service") across Sierra Leone 🇸🇱, Guinea 🇬🇳, and Liberia 🇱🇷.
By creating an account or using MunchFleet, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Account Registration — Name, phone number, country, and role (customer, vendor, or driver). We do not require an email address.
Identity Verification — Drivers and vendors optionally submit a government-issued ID type and number for safety verification and compliance with local regulations.
Delivery Addresses — Addresses you enter when placing orders.
Real-Time Location (Drivers Only) — See "Location Access for Drivers" below. Customers and vendors are never asked for location access, and it is never collected from them.
Profile Photos — Voluntarily uploaded photos used for in-session identity between customers, vendors, and drivers.
Order & Transaction Data — Items ordered, restaurant, payment method, delivery address, amounts, timestamps.
Emergency Contact — Drivers voluntarily provide an emergency contact name and phone number.
App Usage — Anonymous crash logs and performance metrics for improving the app. No personal usage tracking or advertising IDs.
MunchFleet requests location access strictly for the Rider/Driver role, and only while a driver has passed their daily pre-shift readiness check and is actively working. This tracking is used to:
Location access is fully deactivated the moment a driver is inactive (has not started a shift, or has logged out), and is never requested from customers or vendors under any circumstance. Because MunchFleet runs as a web app rather than a native mobile install, location is tracked only while the app is open in the foreground during an active shift — it does not continue running once the app is closed, unlike background location on a native app.
Payments are processed by PawaPay, a third-party mobile money gateway licensed in West Africa. Supported methods include Orange Money, Africell Money, QMoney, MTN MoMo, Wizall, and Lonestar Money. When you initiate payment, a USSD or STK push prompt is sent to your phone. MunchFleet never receives or stores your mobile money PIN. PawaPay's own Privacy Policy governs their handling of your data.

MunchFleet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a child has registered an account, contact us immediately at privacy@munchfleet.app and we will delete the account promptly. See our Child Safety Policy for full details.

Account and profile data is retained while your account is active. Order history is kept for up to 2 years for dispute resolution and compliance. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States. By using MunchFleet in Sierra Leone, Guinea, or Liberia, you consent to this international transfer and storage under protections described in this Policy.
We may revise this Policy as we update our services. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of MunchFleet after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
